Tryout Preparation for High School Athletes

Designed for athletes entering grades 10, 11, and 12, our High School Tryout Prep Camp is the perfect fit for players hoping to make their school volleyball teams this coming fall. Similar to our High School Skills Camp but with added challenge and intensity, the first half of each day focuses on technical instruction in all the fundamental volleyball skills — including passing, setting, serving, attacking, individual defence, team defence, and blocking. Participants are grouped by skill level on each court to ensure the best possible experience for everyone, and all levels are welcome.

Game Play, Team Situations & the EVPC World Championship Tournament

The second half of each session shifts the focus to game play situations and team play opportunities, giving athletes the chance to apply their skills in realistic, competitive scenarios that closely reflect what they’ll encounter during school tryouts. On the final day of camp, participants compete in our EVC “World Championship Tournament” — a full round robin tournament where players put everything they’ve learned throughout the week to the test. All sessions are co-ed and tailored to the skill level of the majority of participants, creating a challenging yet supportive environment for every athlete striving to earn their spot on the team.

Refund/cancellation Policy – Summer Camps 2026

NOTE: All refund transactions in general will include an automatic administration and CC processing fee. All refunds prior to June 1st, 2026 will be subject to an administration/CC processing fee of 27% of the overall camp total.

There will be no refunds for any EVPC summer programs after June 1st, 2026. 

In the case of an injury, a partial refund or partial credit provided may considered if:

  • The camp the injured registrant is registered in is full and we are able to fill injured athletes spot can be filled from our waitlist
  • The injured athlete can find another athlete to fill their original spot

Please note: If a camp is waitlisted, this does not guarantee the spot will automatically be filled.

Injury refund requests must be accompanied by a physician’s note.  All injury refunds will also
